Connect Robo is developed and operated by Connect Shiksha, located in Madhya Pradesh, India.

When you create an account or use our Service, we collect the following personal information:

This data is used solely to personalize the learning experience within the App.

1.3 Authentication Data

We support the following methods of account creation and login:

• Email & Password: Your password is securely hashed and stored on our servers. We never store passwords in plain text.
• Google Sign-In (OAuth): When you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile information from Google. We do not access your Google password, contacts, or any other Google account data.

1.4 Usage Data

We may automatically collect certain information when you use the Service, including:

• Device type and operating system
• IP address
• App usage patterns and interaction data
• Unique device identifiers

2. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• Account Management: To create, maintain, and manage your user account.

Your data is transmitted only to our own backend server (connectroboweb.duckdns.org) for the purpose of providing the Service. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:

• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law, court order, or government authority.
• Safety: To protect the rights, safety, or property of Connect Shiksha, our users, or the public.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of that transaction. You will be notified in advance.

Our App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Sign-In: For authentication. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Encryption in Transit: All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS.
• Secure Storage: Your data is stored on our secured backend servers. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
• Local Storage: Authentication tokens and user preferences are stored locally on your device using encrypted shared preferences.

While we take commercially reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you request account deletion, all your data will be permanently removed within 30 days of the request.

We may retain certain data for longer periods if required by law or to resolve disputes.

6. Account & Data Deletion

How to request deletion:

1. Visit our Account Deletion Page.
2. Send an email to connectshikshaofficial@gmail.com with the subject line "Delete My Account".
3. Include your registered name and email address in the email body.

Upon receiving your request, we will:

• Verify your identity
• Delete your account profile (name, email, phone number)
• Delete your student profile data (school, class, age)
• Remove all authentication tokens and session data
• Complete the deletion within 30 days
• Send you a confirmation email upon completion

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is designed for robotics education and may be used by students of various ages. However, we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13 without parental consent.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data without your consent, please contact us at connectshikshaofficial@gmail.com. We will take steps to remove such data from our servers.

8. Your Rights

You have the following rights regarding your personal data:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
