🗑️ Account & Data Deletion Request

We respect your privacy. You can request the deletion of your Connect Robo account and all associated data by following the steps below. Your request will be processed within 30 days.

📝 How to Request Deletion

Send an email to connectshikshaofficial@gmail.com from the email address associated with your Connect Robo account.
Use the subject line: "Delete My Account"
Include your registered name and email in the body of the email.
We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 30 days.
You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

📦 Data That Will Be Deleted

Your account profile (name, email, phone number)
Student profile (school name, class, age)
Authentication tokens and session data
Any saved preferences and app settings

⏱️ Retention Period: All user data is permanently deleted within 30 days of receiving your deletion request. No data is retained after deletion is complete.
